It’s almost time for salad season, and this is one of my go-to kitchen gadgets. Once I chop up my lettuce and remove the stems, I add it to the strainer section and use it to rinse, tossing as I go. When I think that the leaves are nice and clean, then I put them in the outer bowl and pop on the lid. There are two buttons on top. The larger one pumps up and down and makes the strainer spin around. There is a smaller one that stops the spinning. I didn’t know about this one at first and threw lettuce everywhere. This thing is helpful when it comes to washing and drying lots of lettuce for salad. I love it!
