    Now I’m familiar with spinach, walnuts, kale, etc., but the jalapeño-almond one just blew my mind!

    Agreed! That one was too crazy not to include. I think it’s from the culinary genius of Mario Batali via my girl Kelly, who isn’t too shabby herself!
